AP Capstone

AP Capstone is a diploma program from the College Board. It’s based on two yearlong AP courses: AP Seminar and AP Research. Rather than teaching subject-specific content, these courses develop students’ skills in research, analysis, evidence-based arguments, collaboration, writing, and presenting. Students who complete the two-year program can earn one of two different AP Capstone awards, which are valued by colleges across the United States and around the world. Basically, if you want to solve complicated problems, think independently, and stand out on your college application, AP Capstone is for you!

Blended Learning - Infinity and SOAR Academies

The Infinity and SOAR Academies are blended learning environments where teachers and students work together to create an educational plan tailored to each student’s needs and areas of interest. On a typical day, you will see students working individually or in pairs, small and large groups, or with teachers. These blended learning programs operate as a team, and students work together to achieve success. Each student is a part of a house with a leadership team and mentors, so all students feel included and have access to resources like their own laptop computer to take home. Students have the freedom to work ahead and explore topics of interest. Here, success is earned, and your hard work will be rewarded.
