Positions include: Custodial, Food and Nutrition Production Assistants, Instructional Assistants, and Early Head Start
1) Apply Online: You must complete an online application to be considered for a position as a Pasco County Schools Non-Instructional Substitute.
2) Speak with an HR Representative: You will be contacted by a Pasco County Schools HR representative to review the status of your application. If recommended for hire, you will be sent an email with instructions for completing the hiring process. Specific tasks will include completing the hiring paperwork and getting fingerprinted. Background screening is required for all employees before they are able to start working. The cost of fingerprinting is $61.25.
3) Attend an Onboarding Session: The final step in the hiring process will be for you to attend an onboarding session at the District Office in Land O' Lakes. Once your hiring paperwork is completed, you will be scheduled a time to meet with an Onboarding Representative to bring in your original I-9 documents. At this session, an Onboarding Representative will complete a final review of all required paperwork with you and answer any additional questions you may have. You will also receive communication from SubCentral within one week from the onboarding session regarding access to the SmartFind substitute system.
