Hudson Elementary
With the vote by the School Board to close Hudson Elementary School beginning in the 2020-2021 School Year, it becomes necessary to rezone the students to other schools. Links to the proposed school boundary map and related information, impacting Fox Hollow, Gulf Highlands, Hudson and Northwest Elementary Schools, are posted below.

New River Elementary/West Zephyrhills Elementary
The existing Silverado Ranch Subdivision is currently in the West Zephyrhills Elementary School Boundary. There are additional lots being developed in this subdivision. This rezoning ensures that all of the Silverado Ranch Subdivision will be in the West Zephyrhills Elementary School Boundary.

Cypress Creek Middle
Construction is progressing on Cypress Creek Middle School, scheduled to open in August 2020 on the site of the current Cypress Creek Middle High School, and the boundary process is underway. Distance Analysis - Seven Oaks
District staff held a public workshop October 7th, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Wiregrass Ranch High School, where the proposed boundary maps were displayed and staff was available to answer questions. Also, a public hearing is scheduled during the 6 p.m. November 5th school board meeting at the district office complex.
Although the primary proposed rezoning involves moving some addresses from within the John Long Middle boundary to the Cypress Creek Middle boundary and from within the Wiregrass Ranch High boundary to the Cypress Creek High boundary, the following schools’ current boundaries also are impacted in this proposal:
- Pasco High
- Pasco Middle
- Quail Hollow Elementary
- San Antonio Elementary
- Wesley Chapel High
- Zephyrhills High
The additional proposed boundary adjustments are designed to align school feeder patterns and keep students together as they progress through the school system. In addition to this website, the district is contacting potentially impacted families to share this information.
In addition to the above, there are proposed boundary adjustments to provide for future development. These boundary adjustments do not affect ANY current students. The following schools’ current boundaries are impacted in this proposal (again, current students in the following schools are not impacted):

- Dr. Mary Giella Elementary
- Crews Lake Middle
- Pine View Middle
- Hudson High
- Land O’ Lakes High

School Board Approved
The final school board vote on the boundary proposals will be during the 6 p.m. November 19 school board meeting. The boundaries will be effective beginning with the 2020-2021 school year.
