Send retiree benefits payments to:
- Option 1: Florida Retirement System (FRS) automatic monthly deduction
- Option 2: ACH from your checking or savings account
CBIZ will process the billing for all retiree benefits. Please notify Pasco County Schools Employee Benefits Department within 30 days if you have change in address or a qualifying change in status event. A qualifying event would include a marriage, divorce, or death of a spouse. All payments should be made payable to CBIZ. If you are not signed up for automatic monthly deductions from the Florida Retirement System, simply fill out an Insurance Payroll Deduction Authorization (ACH) Form and forward to Employee Benefits Department for processing.
We utilize TSA Consulting Group, Inc. as our third-party administrator for our Tax-Sheltered Annuities (TSA), who specializes in providing administrative, consulting, and IRS compliance services for the retirement programs of public education employers. As a requirement in accordance with IRS rules we have provided the following 403 (b) Meaningful Notice for your information.
As our third-party administrator all request for distributions are done through TSA Consulting Group and your 403 (b) providers. To start the process, you can utilize this link to initiate your request: Online Distribution System.
There are many benefits to the new SRA process:
- Active Employees simply visit https://sra.tsacg.com to access the online system.
- The system can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Active Employees can start, change, or stop a 403(b) and/or 457(b) SRA at their convenience.
- Active Employees receive immediate online confirmation that their request has been submitted.
- Authorized Investment Provider Agents/Representatives can assist employees.
