Used Furniture / Wood Pallets

Used Furniture

The District School Board of Pasco County makes every effort to extend the life of used furniture in the District.  Surplus items are transferred to other locations that may be able to use them.  If you are in need of used furniture for your school, department or charter school, please contact Karen Bryant at (727) 774-7936.

Wood Pallets

Wood pallets provide an efficient means for transporting large quantities of products throughout the District.  Wood pallets comprise 93% of the entire world pallet market because they are rigid, durable, functional, safe and cost effective.  The waste produced in making pallets is turned into useful marketable products such as playground mulch, animal bedding and wood stove pellets.  For specific procedures for recycling wood pallets, please refer to the Recycling Manual.
