Elevate is designed to build a sustainable pipeline of highly capable, mission-aligned district leaders by developing their leadership capacity, operational excellence, and strategic mindset in alignment with the district's Strategic Goals.

Goals:

• Identify and develop internal talent with leadership potential.
• Prepare non-instructional and instructional district staff for future Department Director roles.
• Align leadership development with district culture, mission, and strategic priorities.
• Increase retention, morale, and organizational knowledge continuity.
