6 Evening Sessions from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

6 different leadership courses offered:

This course is designed to develop an understanding of your personal leadership style, understanding the importance of cultural leadership and how to lead adults. This course is facilitated by a seated non-instructional leader.

Requirements to register for course: A desire to develop leadership skills.

This course is designed to develop leadership skills around strategic thinking, execution of action plans, relational leadership and conflict resolution. This course is facilitated by seated district leaders.

Requirements to register for course: A desire to develop leadership skills necessary in a district level position.

This course is designed for those that want to learn more about coaching around instructional excellence and the leadership skills required of a coach. Participants will learn more about instructional coaching in Pasco, cultural leadership, intentional decision making, growth mindset and effective coaching characteristics. This course is facilitated by seated Instructional Coaches.

Requirements to register for course: A desire to develop leadership skills and to learn more about the importance of instructional coaching.

This course is designed for those that want to learn more about the leadership skills required of a school-based administrator. Participants will learn more about visionary leadership, instructional leadership, the change process and communication and interpersonal skills. This course is facilitated by seated and/or former Assistant Principals.

Requirements to register for course: A desire to learn more about the leadership skills required of a school-based leader.

This course is designed for participants that are currently considered Assistant Principal eligible. This course is facilitated by seated Assistant Principals. Participants will learn more about their personal leadership style, systems thinking, communication and interpersonal skills and navigating conflict.

Requirements to register for course: A desire to learn more about the leadership skills required of a school-based leader and are on Pasco’s Assistant Principal eligible list.

Teacher Leader without Clinical Educator Training-

This Course has been cancelled due to low enrollment.

Teacher Leader with Clinical Educator Training- This course is designed for those that want to learn more about their personal leadership style, develop a deeper understanding around the impact of teacher leadership, and the importance of emotional intelligence. In addition, through the Clinical Educator Training, participants will develops skills necessary to support pre-service and in-service teachers. ***NOTE – Principal recommendation is required for the Clinical Educator Training.
