Rezoning 2022-2023

2022-2023 Rezonings

West Pasco Schools

 School Board Approved - December 14, 2021

James M. Marlowe Elementary School

Due to James M. Marlowe Elementary School becoming a magnet school beginning in the 2022-2023 school year, it becomes necessary to rezone the current boundary to other schools. These schools include Cotee River Elementary, Mittye P. Locke Elementary and Richey Elementary, and are shown on the map below:

Cypress Elementary School/Deer Park Elementary School

In addition to the above, there is a proposed boundary adjustment to provide for future development. This boundary adjustment does not affect ANY current students. The attendance zone boundaries of Cypress Elementary School and Deer Park Elementary School are impacted by this proposal (again, current students in these schools are not impacted).

Hudson Schools

Clarification of attendance area boundaries for the recently renamed Hudson area schools.

District staff will hold a public workshop for the west Pasco Schools on Tuesday Oct. 5, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the James M. Marlowe Elementary School Cafeteria. Proposed boundary maps will be displayed and staff will be available to answer questions. Also, a public hearing is scheduled during the November 16th School Board meeting at 6:00 p.m. at the district office complex in Land O’ Lakes.

The final School Board vote on the boundary proposals will be during the December 14th School Board meeting, beginning at 6:00 p.m.  The boundaries will be effective beginning with the 2022-2023 school year.

East Pasco Schools

In addition to the above, there are proposed boundary adjustments to provide for future development. These boundary adjustments do not affect ANY current students. The attendance zone boundaries of San Antonio Elementary School, Pasco Elementary School and Rodney B.
