The HVAC technicians perform repairs and replacements for all the heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment throughout the district. We maintain and service 138 chiller systems and are responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment, as well as 56 digital control systems which are networked to a monitoring station in their shop. We also work in conjunction with the Energy Coordinator and Facilities Safety Manager to monitor energy usage and indoor air quality at all the facilities.
