Head Start is ONLY accepting applications for 25-26 school year for children who turned 4 years old on or before September 1, 2025. Please contact us to apply.
VPK applications for the 25-26 school year are still being accepted at select school sites. Please click the green button below to apply.
VPK Certificates of Eligibilty are available beginning January 1, 2026. Contact the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando for more information. Apply for a certificate here.

The VPK application window for the 26-27 school year is January 14-30, 2026. Applications are accepted in the order received. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
