Helpful Information


Deposits of no more than 50% of total cost are allowed when making reservations for the following:

• Catering
• Decorations
• DJ’s
• Homecoming/Prom
• Hotels
• Travel
• Venues

PLEASE NOTE: Remaining balances are not to be paid until the day of the event.

Food Vendors

The sale of external food items is not permitted on school grounds from Midnight to thirty (30) minutes after the last bell. Schools must obtain and keep as back-up a copy of vendors’ Food Safety Inspection Certificate, and if vending, a copy of their vending license.

Special Events and Permits

The following are considered “Special Events” and require permits:

• Carnivals
• Fall Festivals
• Fairs
• Haunted Houses
• Relay for Life
