Our community gave our school district a huge vote of confidence yesterday. Our referendum to increase pay for non-administrative staff was approved by an 18-point margin! This is a game-changer for our school district and will help in our efforts to recruit, retain, and reward the very best. It is a win for our employees, our students, our families, and our entire community.
