In the last month, we’ve had the opportunity to recognize some outstanding employees in the district.  Our new process for notifying employees of the year by bringing a “Prize Patrol” to their work site and surprising them adds a personal touch and I hope is more meaningful to each winner.  It certainly is fun for those of us who get to witness their reactions.
