Email Signature Lines

Over the last several years, the Pasco District has worked to create a “brand” that is recognized and respected across our county and state.  With that said, the signature lines on all our emails are a major method of spreading that brand. It has become apparent that many staff members have deviated from the brand and need to get back on track.

For that reason, the signature line on your email should include your name, title, contact information (school or department name, phone number, professional social media handles) and the district’s logo.  You may also include your district department or school logo where appropriate.  Additionally, the only other item that may be included are any education degrees and/or certifications that you earn or are awarded.  No other items should be included in your signature line.
