On November 18, 2019, the district and the United School Employees of Pasco reached tentative agreement for the 2019-2020 School Related Personnel contract. A copy of the tentative agreement can be found here.  You can also see the Ratification Timeline for School Related Personnel here.

We would appreciate your assistance in communicating with your building representatives so that, along with USEP, we can help to promote the ratification of this year’s agreement.

USEP plans to conduct its ratification vote on December 17, 2019.

USEP will conduct a Ratification Process Meeting on December 10, 2019, at 1 p.m. at their Land O' Lakes office. One SRP building rep will need to be released for this meeting. If you do not have building reps or have any questions about this release time please contact me so that we can make arrangements for the vote at your work site.

District SRP staff will be voting in the Employee Relations Conference Room on December 17, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and  3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. All District assigned SRP staff may vote. A representative from the USEP will be facilitating the vote during these times in Employee Relations.
