Pasco Pathways Expo 2019 FAQ

This event is a way for parents/guardians and students to learn about the options available on the east or west side of Pasco County as well as the Pasco Pathways application process for School Choice and Magnet. There will be an expo style event in the gym with all secondary schools for that area represented as well as select elementary schools. There will also be informational sessions that parents/guardians can sign up to attend.

  • Prior to registering create a Sched account or login into Sched if you already have an account.
  • Once logged in you can learn more about a session prior to registering by clicking on the name or hovering with your cursor.
  • It is important to note the target audience when registering to ensure the session is applicable to your student.
  • To register for the session, click the open circle next to the session title.
  • No, it is important that you save your login information for Sched as there will not be printed schedules at the event.
  • You will need to login prior to the event to print your schedule or access it on your phone when you arrive.

Yes, you can visit the gym which will have representation from schools in that area with information on the options they have available for students.

No, you can come and go based on the sessions you are signed up for or the tables you plan to visit in the gym.

School choice and magnet have been combined into one application process through myStudent with a Secondary and Elementary window for the 20-21 school year. Please visit http://www.pasco.k12.fl.us/ed_choice for dates and important information.

There will be informational sessions available at each expo. Parents may sign up to attend for more information. Information will also be available in the gym. This will also be shared with parents through our Communications department over the coming weeks.
