Transcript Requests

It is the policy of The District School Board of Pasco County to archive student records when the students turn  25 years old.

After records are scanned, the original cumulative student record folder is destroyed. These procedures are in accordance with state statute.

Records for students who are less than 25 years old are located at the last school they attended.

If you are under the age of 25 please go to your schools website to request your transcript.

To request any records for students who are 25 years old or more, we require a written request with your signature to send your transcripts. Once we receive the written request, it will take approximately two days for the transcripts to be mailed. The Records Management Department cannot process your request by telephone.

Transcripts will be electronically sent to participating institutions in the state of Florida through the FASTER system.

All out of state transcripts will be mailed.

College postal addresses will be required. If you select Send Electronically and your institution is not part of the FASTER system, your transcripts will automatically be sent to the postal address you have provided for your institution.

We do not email transcripts.
