Family Feedback Survey Purpose
Every family has a unique perspective, and every voice helps us create positive experiences for students and families.
The Family Feedback Survey helps schools and district departments better understand:
- What is working well
- What matters most to families
- How we can build on our strengths
- Ways to better support students and families
Because family needs and experiences can change throughout the school year, the survey is administered twice each year in the Fall and in the Spring.
Family Feedback Survey Windows
Fall Family Survey Window: October 5-16, 2026
Spring Family Survey Window: April 12-23, 2027
Families will receive survey information through:
- Text messages
- Social media
- School communications

The Family Feedback Survey window has now closed. A link for the next survey will be posted the first day of the window.
How Feedback Is Used
Family feedback helps schools and district departments:
- Identify strengths
- Establish priorities
- Develop action plans
- Better support students and families
Last year, schools reviewed their individual survey results and used family feedback to inform school-level action plans. District departments also reviewed feedback and shared responses to families.
What Happens Next?
Fall 2026
- Families complete the survey
- Initial results are shared
- Schools and departments develop action plans
Spring 2027
- Families receive updates on how feedback is helping shape our work
- A follow-up survey allows families to reflect on the second half of the school year
- Feedback helps inform priorities for the following school year
