Terri Almeida
SRP of the Year
Cypress Creek High School Data Entry Operator
Terri-Lynn Almeida currently serves as a Data Entry Operator at CCHS, a position she has held since the school opened in August 2017. Over the years, Terri has taken on multiple roles at Cypress, including School Registrar and Student Services Secretary. These experiences have sharpened her attention to detail, strengthened her relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and deepened her understanding of how the school and its programs operate efficiently.
In her current role, Terri plays a critical part in securing the state funding that supports both our students and the programs that CCHS offer. She takes great pride in her work, knowing that every detail matters. While her responsibilities do not involve direct instruction, her behind-the-scenes efforts ensure that staff can work smoothly and productively. Every task she performs is rooted in care and contributes to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where students can thrive.
Building positive relationships has always been at the core of who Terri is. Not just in the workplace, but in every part of her life. She strives to ensure that every person feels heard, respected, and valued. Terri has learned that a calm, caring presence can ease fear, soften frustration, and transform a difficult moment into one of understanding.
What inspires Terri most is her interactions with the students and families at Cypress. She is passionate about ensuring each one knows they matter, their child matters, and that they are never alone on this journey toward success.
