The McKinney-Vento Program (MVP) assists in removing barriers to education due to homelessness within Pasco County Schools, in accordance with the federal law McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act.

The McKinney-Vento Program (MVP) assists in removing barriers to education due to homelessness within Pasco County Schools, in accordance with the federal law McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act.

Enroll

The McKinney-Vento Act requires schools to enroll students in transition even if they do not immediately have the paperwork normally required. School records, immunizations, or health records should be obtained as soon as possible. The MVP team assists with enrollment. Please contact the MVP team if you are experiencing difficulties or have questions regarding the required documentation.

If you are experiencing homelessness and need support please complete the Student Housing Questionnaire (SHQ) using one of the following methods: 

1. Online enrollment for New to Pasco or Returning to Pasco: Enrollment Services

2. For address changes, please update address using the parent portal where you will be directed to the SHQ

3. Electronic form: English / Spanish

4. Paper Form: English / Spanish
