Leadership:

I have coached 11U Ball Hockey with The Lightning Made Training Center since Winter 2024. It is my responsibility to not only coach the players with the game but to develop the players’ sportsmanship. I coach to not only be good at the technical level but also to be good humans.

Service:

I have volunteered over 400 hours (and counting) at The Lightning Made Training Center. I began volunteering in October of 2023. My responsibilities have included coaching, refereeing, score keeping, and general overall maintenance duties.

Citizenship:

I coach my players to be good people on and off the rink. I teach the players to be honest, fair, and respectful. I emphasize supporting each other and respecting each other regardless of the situation. I try to teach my players to always carry these traits regardless of whether it is during a game/practice or in everyday life.
