Scholarship:

Hai is ranked number 1 in his class with a 4.52 GPA. He was awarded the Advanced Placement Scholar award. Principal’s list throughout high school. National Honor Society Inductee. Hai was selected for the United States Marine Corps Scholastic Achievement Award.

Leadership:

Hai is the Cadet Commanding Officer of GHS NJROTC. The 2023 Area Seven Leadership Academy Graduate. He was selected for Boy’s State. Hai has had leadership positions throughout his high school career. Some of his roles include Armed Exhibition Drill Team Commander, Administrative Officer, Athletics Team Commander, Color Guard Team Commander Assistant, Executive board Historian for NHS, and Senior Class Secretary.

Service:

Hai has over 200 community service hours. His civic involvement includes assisted living facilities, honoring veterans, supervision during sporting events, local library events, assisting Coppersprings New Port Richey community prepare for a hurricane, and working with our congressman Gus Bilirakis.

Citizenship:

Hai is an active participant in his classes. He works hard and carries himself in a polite respectful manner. Hai follows all of GHS expectations, displays good character and is a role model to not only the cadets but the entire student body. He is open-minded and accepting of others' beliefs and attitude. Teachers who have never taught Hai know Hai.
