Land O’ Lakes, FL – (April 14, 2021) – Today WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil visited Gulf Middle School in New Port Richey to unveil the new Innovation Lab that will provide opportunities for students to learn and play in a safe and fun environment during and after school.

In addition to his larger-than-life presence in the world of pro wrestling, O’Neil, whose non-wrestling name is Thaddeus Bullard, is known for his philanthropic efforts, including work with Hillsborough County Schools. Last year, he approached Pasco County Schools with a simple proposal: he wanted to partner with the school district to help kids. The partnership has resulted in Innovation Labs at Gulf Middle School and Pasco Middle School. All of the equipment, furniture, and electronic devices were donated by Skanska and Microsoft in partnership with the Bullard Family Foundation.

“The amazing thing about the Bullard Family Foundation is that we didn’t go find them; they came and found us and said ‘We want to make a difference in Pasco County’,” said Pasco Deputy Superintendent Ray Gadd. They said “we want to do things for kids.”

During the event unveiling the Innovation Lab, O’Neil was joined by Daniel Abou-Jaoude of Skanska, Pasco Deputy Superintendent Ray Gadd, Gulf Middle Principal Amy Riddle, and several students who had the first opportunity to play with the games (Jenga, chess, Scrabble), try out the equipment (ping pong, basketball) and explore and play with the electronics (Xbox, Microsoft Surface Tablets).
