Health and Wellness Collaboratives
Pasco’s Three Teams

Pasco County Schools uses a collaborative three-team model—comprised of the School Leadership Team (SLT), Teacher Teams (PLCs), and the School Intervention Team (SIT)—to ensure every student receives the support needed to succeed. Working together, these teams create a cohesive system that strengthens instruction, monitors student progress, and provides targeted supports across all tiers of learning. Through shared responsibility and ongoing collaboration, this framework helps schools respond effectively to student needs while continuously improving outcomes for all learners.
