Assessment: District EOC or principal-approved final exam. Students completing this Program of Study are eligible to sit for the Florida Cosmetology licensing exam.
Placement Consideration: A student completing the Cosmetology program is prepared for employment as a licensed Hairdressers, Hairstylists, and Cosmetologists Instruction is designed to qualify students for employment upon successfully obtaining a Cosmetology license.

Course Description: This program offers a sequence of courses that provides coherent and rigorous content aligned with challenging academic standards and relevant technical knowledge and skills needed to prepare for employment as a cosmetologist.
