What: Pasco County Special Olympics Summer Games

When: 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 20, at River Ridge High School

11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 21, at Wesley Chapel High School

Where: River Ridge High School, 11646 Town Center Road, New Port Richey

Wesley Chapel High School, 30651 Wells Road, Wesley Chapel

Why: To support our Special Olympics athletes

How: More than 1,200 Pasco athletes will compete in track and field, bocce, cheerleading, cycling, and soccer. The event features free admission and parking, and a concession stand where attendees can purchase lunch and snacks. For more information, contact Valerie Lundin at (813) 299-4433.
