Pasco County leaders are joining together to support a curbside food drive to benefit needy families in Pasco County. We hope you can help.

On Saturday, May 2, we will be at 16400 SR 54 E. – at the southwest corner SR 54 and the Veterans Expressway, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Then, on May 9 we will be at Sam’s Club of Wesley Chapel at 27727 SR 56, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.

We’re looking for non-perishable items – make-a-meal items such as canned goods, rice, pasta, and instant potatoes; as well as healthy snacks such as peanut butter, jelly, crackers, cereal, and granola bars. We will be practicing social distancing, so just place your donated items in a box or bag, and place it in your trunk. Pop open your trunk when you arrive. We’ll do the rest.

You can also make a monetary donation. Just go to www.PascoEducationFoundation.org , click on Donate Now! and specify that your donation is for the Pasco Curbing Hunger Drive. 100 percent of the proceeds will go to feed needy families in Pasco County.
