Wendell Krinn Technical High School
I was selected as a Sunshine State Scholar, and became one of only 43 students statewide recognized for excellence in STEM, earning a one-year college scholarship. I have also received the National Hispanic Recognition Award for outstanding academic performance. Additionally, my website project advanced to the National History Day State Competition, showcasing my research and innovation skills.
I serve as President of both LED Robotics and NTHS, organizing all events for both clubs, mentoring peers, and leading community service projects. As Girl Scouts Event Manager and former Service Unit Delegate, I coordinate large-scale service/mentoring activities. I co-founded Geared for Girls to inspire young girls in STEM. And lead faith-based programs through LifeTeen. My leadership has been recognized with honors including the FRC Dean’s List Finalist and Sunshine State Scholar Award.
Through Girl Scouts, I mentor younger troops, plan service projects and community events, and am working on a website to teach younger girls how to earn STEM badges. As LED Robotics President, I coordinate outreach programs and mentor new teams. I co-founded Geared for Girls to promote STEM opportunities for younger girls. And I serve my church through LifeTeen, teaching confirmation classes and leading small groups.
I try to demonstrate good citizenship by leading with respect, teamwork, and a dedication to service. As LED Robotics President and NTHS President, I encourage collaboration and community involvement through outreach and local servcie initiatives. In Girl Scouts, I model responsibility by organizing inclusive events and mentoring younger scouts. Through LifeTeen, I help foster faith-based discussions and community support.
