How: The Pasco EDC is partnering with the Business Entrepreneurship students as a test case for new start-up restaurants in the Pasco area. Students will be taste testing food to determine menu items. Mr. Dan Mitchell will provide a 10-minute discussion on the importance of understanding customer preferences and the “problem” the customer faces. The start-ups will share their creations with the 5th period class of approximately 35 students, and then again during 7th period with approximately 110 students.
