April Principal’s Meeting

I recently had the privilege of addressing all of our incredible school leaders at our district-wide April Principals Meeting. It was an important moment to share the vision for Pasco County Schools, outline the purpose behind our reorganization, and begin shaping a clear and collective plan for the future of our district.

At the heart of it all is one guiding truth: student success is our North Star. Every decision we make and every structure we design must move us closer to ensuring that all students are equipped to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

But that success is only possible when we empower those who lead it—our principals and their teams. Their ability to succeed academically and administratively is the engine behind our district’s progress. Our role at the district level is to support, elevate, and walk alongside them as we build a stronger, more responsive school system together.

Thank you to each of our leaders for your passion, your honesty, and your unwavering commitment to students. The work ahead is big—but so is our belief in what we can accomplish together.
