  1. When are teachers obligated to report to parents that students are in danger of failing? Are conduct/citizenship grades included?Teachers must report to parents in writing at any time during a grading period that a student is in danger of failing. For the first and third quarters this notification would indicate that the student is in danger of failing the quarter. For the second and fourth 4th quarter this notification may indicate that the student is in danger of failing the course. This policy applies to conduct/citizenship as well as academics.
