Audiology Services is responsible for the maintenance and repair DSBPC hearing technology. Complete the Audiology Request Form and email it to the appropriate audiologist to request service or repair of audiology equipment.

Request for Audiology Services Resources

Audiology Services in Pasco County has developed the following resources to assist district personnel that work with students with hearing loss and/or auditory processing disorder. These resources were developed and compiled to allow the personnel to be self-learning and increase access to this information. However, audiologists are still available to work with district personnel as needed to perform in-service trainings and troubleshooting of equipment through scheduled appointments. The podcasts are tutorials that demonstrate how to work with specific auditory equipment, such as FM receivers and transmitters, and hearing aid care. The questionnaires are standard instruments used to assess the impact of hearing loss on the student's academic performance. The user guides are manufacturer-produced documents on specific units used by the county audiology department.
