Application for Preparing New Principals Program (PNPP) – Level II Spring 2018


Purpose: The Preparing New Principals Program (PNPP) in Pasco County provides future principal candidates with learning experiences that align with the Florida Principal Leadership Standards as well as Pasco’s Vision for Leadership Excellence. In accordance with 1012.562, F.S.  – Rule 6A-5.081, F.A.C. Effective Date: December 2016. Applicants for School Principal certification will engage in a yearlong preparation program that requires demonstration of excellence in all core leadership competencies. 

Requirements: Internal candidates for this program must:
Currently possess a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and have Educational Leadership on their Florida Educator certificate
Have three years of successful experience serving as a school based assistant principal (experience requirement related to NEW Florida Leadership rule)
