PRIVATE SCHOOL DIRECTIONS FOR
ACCESSING PASCO COUNTY SCHOOLS
PROFESSIONAL LEARNING ACTIVITIES

Private school staff seeking to attend professional learning offered by Pasco County Schools should follow these steps:

  1. Review the current district professional learning activities from the list provided to their school administrator at the beginning of each month.
  2. Verify they are approved to attend this training with their administrator.
  3. Email/call the training facilitator/contact person to determine if there is space available for them to attend their selected training.
  4. If APPROVED, complete the myPGS Guest Request form located below and submit the form. 
  5. Upon verification of approval by the training facilitator, a GUEST account will be created in myPGS and the participant will be manually registered for the selected training. 

NOTE: GUEST accounts are not active and do not allow self-registration into myPGS.  myPGS is part of Pasco County Schools secured information system and is only accessible to active Pasco County Schools employees.

*Once created, each GUEST account will be used to monitor all future training participation for that employee so there is no need to have an additional account created for future trainings.
