Area of Responsibility: (Operations Team) Responsible for all areas of Food, Nutrition, and Distribution Services. Monitors meal program compliance, establishes budgets and labor allocations, works with the design team for new school cafeterias, and oversees the district's recycling, warehouse, and mail services.

Area of Responsibility: (Operations Team) Oversees nutritional analysis and development of menus, reviews department workers compensation benefits and employee relation issues, coordinates program with Pre-K Services, develops and evaluates food bids, coordinates USDA commodity foods program, oversees emergency shelter feeding operations, and assists the director in all areas of food service operations.

Barry Burgess - Equipment Specialist

Area of Responsibility: (Operations Team) Responsible for the design and specifications for the kitchen and serving line areas. Orders and handles repairs on smallwares, large equipment and vending machines in food service areas.

Area of Responsibility: (Nutrition Team) Responsible for nutritional analysis of menus, coordinates the menu committees, develops menus, assists with food bids, assists schools and families with food allergy and special diets, new product testing, and coordinates dietetic intern program.
Myrt Harris - Nutrition Assistant

Area of Responsibility: (Nutrition Team) Coordinates all food, warehouse, milk, bread, and produce orders. Assists with production records and product testing. Performs commodity food orders for warehouse and reconciles commodity trial and balance report.
Nicole Westmoreland - Financial Coordinator

Area of Responsibility: (Finance Team) Leads the finance team and oversees the annual food service budget and related financial statements and records for all food service programs including federal reimbursement reports and claims, labor allocations, participation reports, monthly profit and loss statements, and free and reduced-price meal application processing and verification. Other responsibilities include financial reporting, coordination of department finance-related software applications, and contract management for charter school food service programs.
Carol Haynes - Financial Specialist

Area of Responsibility: (Finance Team) Assists in developing the department budget, preparing and auditing financial reports, financial benchmarks, and profit and loss statements. Responsible for journal entries, budget amendment, bank reconciliation, and food service financial software.
Maureen Cerreta - Finance Assistant

Area of Responsibility: (Marketing / Training Team) Leads the marketing and professional development team, oversees department and school-based food service marketing, communications, and training programs. Other responsibilities include assisting with departmental growth management, employee recruitment, website management, policy development, strategic planning, volunteer programs, grant management and employee improvement plans.
Tara Nixon - Training Specialist

Area of Responsibility: (Marketing / Training Team) Coordinates and monitors department professional development program, assists with the Food and Nutrition Services Management Internship and leadership programs for employees, develops career ladders for professional growth and job advancement opportunities for employees, and manages department inservice reporting system. Other responsibilities include assisting with the development of marketing and promotional materials and maintaining related database systems.
