Net Work Volunteer Program

Net Work is a volunteer fundraising program. Authorized volunteers work as substitutes for regular food service employees when the cafeteria is short-handed, and then designate the money they would have earned as paid substitutes to support any school organization or school fundraising effort they choose.

This is an excellent opportunity for parent organizations (i.e., PTA/PTO, booster clubs, etc.) to raise money for school projects (i.e., playground equipment, athletic uniforms, cheer-leading competitions, etc.). Many volunteer groups could raise over $3,000 annually.

Net Work Volunteers must be an authorized district volunteer. Applicants can complete a volunteer application from the district website. Once approved, you may print the Net Work Volunteer Application.  Please complete the application and fax to (813) 794-2118, attention Emily Mark, or you may provide the application to your school Food and Nutrition Services Manager.

Volunteers are expected to perform duties such as preparing meals, cleaning, putting away stock and serving meals to students. No experience is needed and volunteers will be trained at the school.
