Ask a Registered Dietitian

Food and Nutrition Services realizes that providing your children with the nutrition their bodies need can be a challenge in today’s busy, fast-paced society.  As a part of our commitment to promote family health and good nutrition for Pasco County families, our registered dietitians are available to answer your nutrition questions or provide your family with information regarding your child’s nutrition, meal planning, school meals, or other related information.

We will do our best to provide you with accurate nutrition information; however, responses provided are for informational purposes only and you should always speak with your doctor prior to implementing changes in your lifestyle, diet or exercise routines.
