Challenged Materials
Our district provides a formalized procedure to be followed when instructional materials are challenged by citizens. The procedure is outlined in Board Policy.

The following forms may be downloaded and used by schools when needed.
MIS #617 - form to be filled out by citizen challenging a book.
MIS #617A - form to be filled out by committee reviewing a fiction book
MIS #617B - form to be filled out by committee reviewing a non-fiction book.
