Transcript Requests
It is the policy of The District School Board of Pasco County to microfilm student transcripts (Category A information only) five years after a student graduates or was intended to graduate from high school. After records are microfilmed, the original cumulative student record folder is destroyed. These procedures are in accordance with state statute.
Records for a student who have not met the 5 year after graduation date are maintained at the last school the student attended.
The Micrographics Department cannot process your request by telephone or via the Internet,
we require a written request with your signature to send your transcripts.Once we receive the written request, it will take approximately two days for the transcripts to be mailed.
To receive a copy of your transcript please submit a written request that includes:
- Full Legal Name
- Maiden Name
- Date of Birth
- Telephone Number
- Your Signature & Date
- The address you would like the transcripts sent
