Refunds will be handled in the order in which they are received. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks of request depending on volume of requests. If student is graduating or moving away please remove your student from the myschoolbucks.com online account. Turn off auto-pay feature on myschoolbucks.com so your credit card/debit card on file will not be charged when refund is processed.
