Four Pasco Teams Advanced to 2012 Odyssey of the Mind World Finals

Odyssey of the Mind is an international creative problem solving competition for students kindergarten through college.  It is organized into levels for the purposes of competition.  Over 180 teams in the Gulf Coast region (the biggest of Florida's 10 regions) vied for one of 50+ slots at the state tournament.  More than 260 teams from across the state of Florida met to perform their creative solutions to one of six long term problems at the University of Central Florida on Saturday, April 14.  The top two placements in each problem and division plus all Ranatra Fusca Creativity Award winners will represent Florida at the World Finals in Ames, Iowa, May 23-27, 2012.
