Community Rallies to Help Teachers Move in to New School

Who: Cypress Creek Middle High School teachers, staff, and volunteers from the Wesley Chapel Rotary Club, Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce, Pasco Education Foundation, and their community

What: Volunteer Day for the Teacher Move in Day

When: 9 a.m. to noon, Wednesday, July 26

Where: Cypress Creek Middle High School, 8701 Old Pasco Road in Wesley Chapel

Why: Community volunteers are invited to help teachers move into the brand-new Cypress Creek Middle High School in preparation for the upcoming school year. Moving into a new school requires a lot of effort, and teachers will need all of the help they can get.

How: Volunteers will get a first look at Cypress Creek Middle High, as they help teachers unload and unpack boxes, set up their classrooms, and complete other tasks, such as stamping books, assembling bookcases, decorating bulletin boards, and cleaning. The school will provide complimentary bagels and coffee in the morning. Those interested in volunteering should contact Jannah McDonald at (813) 794-2705 or jmcdonald@pascoeducationfoundation.com.
